My lawyers told me I passed the litmus test. I just answered their questions and the defense attorneys were crying. The court reporter been doing this for 33 years and she only cried two times. One was with mine and one was with my wife’s deposition.

At the end of my deposition, the lawyer said settlement. But the offer was two small that the settlement failed. I guess I did a good job.

I was told by my lawyer the case has been started and they are waiting for the preliminary conference to set the discovery date. Do you know how long the wait is for the preliminary conference will take? Thank you

What would be the biggest reason doctors screw up. Being as I have heard many stories from a person who worked in a surgical unit. I would guess it's lack of being PROFESIONAL. trying to hurry, ego getting in the way of of accepting advice. And conflicts with the hospitals.
