Toby is great. I was a photographer for a small ABC affiliate in his home state of Oklahoma and covering a high school football game. He was on the sidelines and we talked like we knew each other for years. It helped because I'm a vet and he loves vets

Although the story line in this video shows one aspect of the title, the truth is even better. This was Toby Keith's slap in the face to his former record label who wouldn't let him do his own music. So, he finally gets out of his contract and does this song to rub it in. Really great song just for that. He blew up in popularity after he was released and started doing his own music! Created his own record label. And guess who he signed to his label? None other than Taylor Swift! He is still making money off the songs she created on his record label. She is no longer with his record label, but he found her and signed her first. He just wanted to show the other record labels that he knew what he was doing all along! Now I am financially secure and only work to give me something to do. I met a woman 25 years ago and we became best friends right away. I married her 3 years ago. I was so painfully shy I was overlooked by everyone other than a crush I'd had since I was 13. He was older. He married a girl in his class. They divorced and he looked me up my Sr year and turns out he had had a crush on me too. So he was my first date. My first kiss. And my first husband. I was still in school. He died in the Navy the same year. 1974. So I'm twice widowed now. My second husband was in the Air Force 20 years. Then LE. In between he had various other jobs for about 5 years. He passed away one month before retirement from LE. I won't be getting married again. Lol
