If you sleep on your side after rhinoplasty does that affect your shape of the nose? Ex you sleep in your right the nose tends to bend on that way?😅

I actually scared of that I am 3 weeks post op still I sleep on my back 😢when I try to sleep on my sides I feel lots of pressure and feel my nose bent to that side 😢and check see on the mirror is my nose ok always I have a mirror beside my bed😢I got depression crying and regret why I did this big mistake 😢
