As has been said it is milliohms. The lower the better. A high reading could mean excessive sulphation. It could mean other things also. You might be able to resurrect it somewhat.

That looks like a win for the Kingbolen then! it is strange but a lot of the cheap things I have bought over the years have worked perfectly…..my Dad’s old Avometer in a leather case would still be fine if I could get a battery to fit it…and around 85 yeas old! ( I used to play with it quite a lot when I was young and Dad was working on something! 😃😃😃😃R

The difference in voltage is massive between the two.

CCA = cold cranking amps 👍 Most newer batteries use EN instead of CCA so you need a tester that does both as they're slightly different.
