You always post what I'm most interested in at the time! It's like you read my mind and make or link an older video to help my healing along! I broke a lot as a kid and didn't know why I healed so...badly? Or that anything could be done 25 years later but these muscles around the break get all small and hard like the bloody hardening minerals just kinda stick around causing stiffness and weird gait and at my age, bone spurs. So if spurs can can grow, why can't I un-grow a misshapen bone growth manually? So I'm doing it. Hurts real bad, but the nerve tunnels are responding positively and my muscles are growing and expanding properly. Thanks in part to you, I can now pet my kitten without picking him up and scoop his litter box without being cranky about my unending pain and mystery muscle restrictions.

I think all my bones started remodeling well before the age of 35 and I’m 54 now. Years of mechanic work and iron working in all different climates and extremities

Is the same healing happens to spinal cord injury located in L3 and L5 fractures but was fixed with metal roads and screw now it has been over 13 years since the surgery ..thanks for taking the time to read my long reply .

Hello doctor nabil i just want to ask a question about my humerus shaft fracture it is open fracture and my doctor said it need surgery.. my problem is until now my humerus is still broke becoz of money problem.. is it ok to do the surgery in my humerus after 2 months?

When you say remodeling phase will depend on the affect of stress (wolf's law), you mean we need to add more load at the fractured bone/joint for it to heal?
