You guys should advertise the tube slime for electric scooter tires. If you look into changing one you'll see the headache that it really is and the tube slime just saved me all of that and it worked better then I could have imagined. I was thinking if slime made a small emergency kit for scooters I think it would be wildly successful. Maybe a hard case you can strap to the handlebar stem with 8oz of tube slime and a small hand pump plus extra room for personal things like phone,wallet, small tools. If you look into the process of changing a tire on these it involves soaking the tire in boiling water to stretch it and its still a struggle, plus the hub being the motor, the average person doesn't want to get into all that. Personal electric scooters are taking small town America by storm, capitalize on it!

Literally just today I had my EUC tube punctured. I was absolutely dreading taking it apart so I could get access to the tube, but I tried slime instead and it works perfectly!! I will be prefilling any future innertubes with slime before they get punctured!

@@MeepMeep88its actually because you can't balance a tire that's been slimed, it screws up the ride and makes all the tires wear unevenly, that's why its recommended for off road use where most driving is done under 25 mph. the more you know!

We hate it because when we inevitably have to change that tire, we have to pull the valve stem and dump all the air from the tire and break the bead. Both discharging the air in the tire and breaking the bead will result in tons of splatter if any sort of bead sealer is used in the tire. If the tire is already flat so you bring it right over to the machine to break the bead and you don't know there's sealant inside the tire, you could get a face full of it. I speak from experience. So for the love of God if you are going to use a product like this,...... I beg of you to tell the mechanic before they change your tire that it has sealant in it.

I have on my mtb ran over broken beer bottles, nails, etc. And yet they all sealed. Only time it wouldnt is due to the tire being worn too thin.

You still want to remove the nail or screw and plug it with a resin kit from the outside then add slime if necessary for small leak. This is provided the puncture location isn't on the wall of the tire

I ride a ebike, with fat tires . This slime woks sometimes. And other times something as simple as a staple will puncture the tube and it will go completely flat. Slime will squirt through the hole. Instead of sealing it. I keep an electric pump with me. Tire will not inflate. End up having to walk. Which is what happened to me today. I ran over a nail. When i got home, i put more slime in the tube. Waited 4 hours. Inflated the tube. The air stayed. Left to go work. Made it to the end of the road of my street. The hole reopened. Tube went flat within seconds. Hade to walk bike home again.

Since ive updated to slime inner tubes and fresh new tires,Not had one puncher,The new tires got a thick coating of rubber on the insides as well to less likely to get any more punchers,Thats that problem solved

I've used half of the botle (118 ml) in my rear tube tire from my electric scooter and in the 4-th day i had a flat, the tire deflated like 60% so i've been able to get home (300 meters). The next day i've inflated the tire and it seemed to hold the air so i decided to go in the park for a spin, after 20 minutes i had a beautifull flat tire with no air in it, it deflated 100% and the tube valve even retracted inside the tire. In conclusion is not good for electric scooters because the electric motor is heating the tube inside the tire and the slime loses it's properties.

Honest to God, same question but I'm driving a car right now I used the slime on. Had a hole caused by a screw, took out the screw added the slime and its holding very well. At least we'll enough for me to get to a tire shop and get the tire replaced

If it is tube less you remove the tire and clean it out with water if it is a tube then yes you will need to replace it every 2 years to keep the slime working

It doesn't turn solid. It has particles of rubber or something floating around in the slime. When it starts to leak out of the puncture the particles stack up inside the hole sealing it.

There is genuinely no way that slime is making your car rattle at high speeds. Your tires either need rebalanced, or you've got problems other than tires.

That’s actually not accurate. If the outside temp has been below 28 degrees for more than 3 days.. the slime begins to solidify. I’ve ran slime for years and love it… but when it gets cold outside I can feel the out of balance slime at highway speed until the tires get warm enough that it flows once more.

I've used this for years with extremely good results. I put them in all my cars on all tires ever since I first used it, preemptively and proactively. You don't need to take all the air out, just enough to let you squeeze the product in through the air worm.

Slime clogs intake valve and makes the Schrader valve core impossible to remove. Then you can't air up the tire. Please stop putting slime in new bicycle tire tubes. If I wanted slime I would buy it separately.

This shit doesn't work on tube tires. The tread depth Guage made for bicycles indicate that a brand new tire that has never even touched pavement needs to be replaced. The only tires that slime works well for are low pressure atv tires.
