Well we have to be honest. He isn't the same player, but he also didn't have much help on the other side. They hired a new HC 7 games into the season, so that could have a bit to do with it as well. That being said no mention of the OC change which to me is pretty important.

Honestly I think the Diggs trade is pretty good for the Texans and their chances. The idea is to win so many games, that they get to have home field advantage throughout the playoffs. Cold weather is the graveyard of warm weather AFC teams ' hopes and dreams. Being able to avoid that pitfall by having overwhelming power and getting the #1 seed is the way to go. Miami and Houston knows this truth very well. All too well.

They should’ve gotten Noah Brown back in the trade, he was pretty decent last year and signed a 1yr 4m contract. If there wasn’t a 30m dead cap hit I would say you should trade for Deandre Hopkins, the Titans aren’t going to use him

Reminds me of the Julio Jones trade to the Titans, everyone thought that was a massive win for the Titans. I could see a world where the Texans move off Diggs like the Titans did Julio after just one season. Diggs looked close to washed in the second half of the season.
