Carnivour for the last 3 years . I don't consume Carbs . I am not storing fat. My performance in the gym is outstanding and 77 years of age. Still developing muscle on beef and eggs and plenty of Saturated fats

Im looking for advice on meal replacement, i can't eat some solid foods for medical reasons. I eat stuff like greek yoghurt and berries and soups

I have PCOS and recently started eating a whole food high protein, low carb diet. I find I feel fuller this way and it’s a lot fewer calories than I was previously eating. My energy intake is about 30% for each macro. I am concerned I might have insulin resistance as I usually hit a plateau a few weeks in whenever I change my diet. I have also started doing yoga daily and I walk at least 4hrs a week. I had some positive results and yesterday I decided to do an experiment, I ate some high sugar foods, but still maintained a calorie deficit. When I got on the scales my weight had gone back up by about 1 pound. Why does that happen? I know I didn’t put on a pound overnight?!
