I was eating 40% protein for muscle building. My BUN increased. My doc suggested more water so increased to a gallon per day. Eating 1.6 can be too much. It depends on the person so stop telling people you must eat 1.6 to gain muscle. Not true.

My kidney stones got tested and where animal protein and i had excessive creatinine in me. Sooo, i have switched to a vegan protein. This was a good listen, i am thinking i should take extra amino acids.
