Being a Bounty Hunter would be great cover for a *post Order 66 Jedi,* and enable them to still serve the Light and strike back. You only take bounties on individuals that are morally reprehensible and deserve justice, and capturing alive suits the Jedi code. _Meanwhile……_ You also take bounties on Jedi survivors and prominent Rebels (or at least look at the bounty and get the details) and secretly aid them. In effect you are a undergoing Jedi railroad working undercover as a double agent. While arranging accidents for other effective Jedi bounty hunters and inquisitors ect, or making it look like someone else did them in (the best outcome is to frame another anti Jedi individual, to cause infighting, having Mandalorians and Inquisitors go at each other is a win win situation). Invest in reconstructive surgery, a respirator mask or somehow disguise yourself and set up shop. Learning to shroud yourself from Force detection should be a priority, in fact a necessity. A Lightsaber can be kept _as a trophy from one of your kills_ (that you secretly helped escape) but should only be used in emergency when there's no other choice (Sith dueling), instead invest in the skills of a Grey Paladin and also go wild with any anti Jedi gear you've ever encountered. A handheld force shield can also be used, along with a quality blaster guided by force skill, you will be incredibly formidable, and may help explain you abilities and kill streaks. If you can get a well made Lightsaber pistol similar to Ezra's it would be useful, especially if it was high powered and could fire with the blade on. And with Jedi Mind Tricks you will be able to bring in some very difficult bounties on serious scum, bolstering your reputation in the fraternity. Who knows? Maybe such an individual existed in Imperial times, and they kept their cover to continue aiding the cause and to avoid the revenge of the rest of the Bounty Hunters guild - they've broken nearly all the rules - only the dying one still stands, or maybe they did die in action, a unknown hero.

Mike H Yes that is how it is suppose to work but the reason it’s being discussed is because Boeing was allowed to rush the 737 MAX into service before it was fully tested. Hence why he was poking at Boeing. Boeing got people killed because of this leniency, so don’t get butt hurt when people take shots at them.

i mean, the FAA is always at boeing with Auditors and hold the PCC700 license for boeing to be allowed to sell aircraft. i get the joke, but it was a software/training issue with unfamiliar pilots, not a mechanical issue.

Never said it was a mechanical issue, alot more goes into releasing an aircraft that just that. An issue that causes a plane to stall under normal pilot inputs should have come out much earlier. The fact they rushed it out to customers before it was ready is well established now

you forgot a major point of the old cannon guild and that was that all hunters were required to pay a % of their earnings from a job to the guild in order to keep it running this also allowed the guild to maintain records on all the hunters and even ended in a few becoming targets of BHs themselves for not paying the guild the agreed upon amount this ensured the members stayed professionals and did not bring the guild into conflict with others so they could maintain the ability to take jobs from all factions

Very concerned about Vader's approach to ship security. He invites some of the most dangerous bounty hunters onto the bridge of the Executor. These individuals are already nearby in known Rebel space, with a history of working for the highest bidder. They're all standing around, without suitable guards on the bridge of the empire's most powerful warship. Most of the crew in this supposedly secure area are only lightly armed. One might speculate that Vader and other officers were merely incompetent, but this does support the theory that these individuals were in fact Rebel sympathizers, supported later by the fact that (1) Vader ultimately betrayed his Emperor and (2) a lack of proper procedure led to the Executor crashing into the Death Star II at the Battle of Endor.

Slug throwers lost popularity with anyone who had enough money to buy blasters and that would be the case with bounty hunters . I dont think they used many firearms at all . @@jesusoftheapes slugthrowers are quite capable weapons even a long time ago and in a galaxy far far away, they can pierce energy shields (particle shields are different), they wont be picked up on energy sensors, can be used with different ammo types (blaster come in stun, burnt, and well done) such as tranq and trackers and are much harder to block with a lightsaber as anything less than a perfect block will send molten metal into the target

It’s not that hard to figure out. The Guild leadership coordinates with contractors across the galaxy, they then send out representatives (usually older bounty hunters) to deliver bounties to bounty hunters within the guild. This way, bounty hunters are able to find more work and the leadership takes a cut of the profits.

Another stupid move by the New Republic to screw over the Bounty Hunter Guild, according to the Bounty Hunter Code (a Legends sourcebook) it's a legitimate and dangerous job in the Star Wars universe... mostly (bounty hunters like Durge and the members of the Guild House that hunted Jedi not included). Even the Galactic Republic used them. Also could you cover information from the other sourcebooks that were in the same style of the Bounty Hunter Code (Imperial Handbook, The Jedi Path and Book of Sith in Legends) in videos?
