Why is there background music overlying the speech at the beginning? Many people - with hearing issues or autism spectrum issues , for example - find it really difficult to focus on the speech with the music overlaid.

Thanks for that feedback, much appreciated. We only overlay the music in the first few seconds as an introduction (the content is then repeated without music in the actual interview), however we will take that on board and see if we can reduce the background music volume as you make a good point. I live outside Boston I caught COVID and then long COVID in 2021 and I still have trouble with basic functioning I barely drive and have had tests showing inflammation and auto immune issues Memory, problem solving and executive functioning is gone I am dizzy lightheaded every day My health care providers say long COVID but diagnose me with mood anxiety and other psych issues This all started after COVID in late 2021 I stopped sleeping after a failed return to work four to cognitive impairment I’m not mentally I’ll Help me please

I live in an old house with mold issues and I just can’t think clearly Prior to COVID I was high functioning working two Clinical jobs Only med issue was asthma In 2021 I tested positive for mast cell activation and was given hizentra I can’t use a computer now or do Many tasks I did prior to COVID And I got my first vaccine while I was positive for covid This was early 2021 when no One knew anything about COVID I just had diverticulitis and have been diagnosed with mood disorder but I know I’m not mentally ill Everything discussed I have I have gut issues and can’t eat most foods without becoming weak and lightheaded Can I get a referral I’ve had neuro Psych eval s that always show cognitive decline but no one knows what to do I don’t need or want psychiatric medications

He's all over the map if you ask me and I used to be involved with him never mentioned any of these things as what I was paying for his course and paying for his advice from his clinic never talked about mold inflammation neurotoxins verbal course I thought I thought he's quite lousy and behind the curve and Johnny Johnny come lately
