Imagine storing every single video, movie, and picture you have ever seen in your entire life on a single solid-state drive. Well, these high-end solid-state drives [30TB] can do that. But how can SSDs organize so much information? Well in this video we answer that question, and we go over the logistics involved in storing terabytes of data.
This video is sponsored by KIOXIA. Visit KIOXIA's website to see their lineup of solid-state drives:

This video is part of a series that intends to thoroughly explain how SSDs, and more specifically how 3D NAND works. These are the episodes in the series:

I'm working on videos on how computers work. Are there any specific questions you would like explored? Should I cover how transistors work- as there are a number of other videos that explain them? Or what about gate logic which may get a little repetitive? Or are you more interested in a high-level overview?.

You may think like you've learned something, but a few hours later you won't even remember the intricate details (see Veritasium video on teaching science). It takes some effort on your own to memorize this, and it's even more beneficial to discuss the topics with someone knowledgeable in this topic, or have a good point of reference.

OMG. Right now i have my mind blown away. Like how the hell do they make these super tiny things like this is happening everyday infront of me and my useless ass doesn't even know about this miraculous process that's going on in my laptop. Like god I feel so stupid as if im living in a cave from thousands of years ago. And the animations and quality of these free videos are insanely good. Like thanks for all you hardwork
