Some important notes about the possible improvements you mentioned: because 1.14 is a version with a large amount of lag, while his RTA timer reads that he slept at 11 minutes, he slept at a near optimal in game time, with almost no potential time save. And looting the second monument on day two was actually the right play since villagers can’t take jobs for the first (I believe) two minutes of in game time of the day, so otherwise this part of the run would’ve been dead time where all he could really do is set up his trade platform and do some inventory management. Nice video though, hoping this run sees some more attention, as long as an insomniac run doesn’t happen for a little while.

@@Matquez It's very possible to sub 15 , but you need a god seed. You need a decent shipwreck of course, 34 emeralds + monument or double monument, and a village near coast of course

@@Noah-lj2sg The whole point of Insomniac Strats is to trade *before* the second day. You can trade as early as 2 minutes into the run, but the downside is that you dont get the advantage of infinite restocking and villager discounts, which makes it so you need a lot more emeralds to get the trading done.

Great vid! just 1 thing you mentioned, the fact beds do less damage in 1.14, this isnt true. Beds still do a maximum of 64 dmg in 1.14, but the timing is way different, meaning its nearly impossible to get it right without screwing up the dragon-perch rotation (which would likely kill the run).
