That’s a lot of labor! Enjoyed your comments on the bumper as a first time project. Built tube bumpers for my Cherokee in AZ about 15 years ago. A friend who knows how to weld did the fab. He now has that Jeep, still going strong. Nicely done video.

I built one for my tacoma, I think it took about 20 hrs of work,including disassembling the stock bumper, building the coastal ,welding, grinding, paint and reassembling with lights and light bar...

I did charge for this job. Tig welding will take you drastically longer to complete. My video shows the hours it takes, now come up with your hourly rate!
