Okay. This is my understanding about this videos. I) Everyone has their own opinions. What is needed to be done is to question it: "Is ego actually that harmful or is it just a belief?" The answer is: No. But it becomes (according to people) as the way people perceive it. II) So its become actually important to get ego in our lives. This form of ego application is called as *Competition* in the video. III) There's a quote in Blue Lock: "If you want to become the best, then beat the best." The best here is the world's best. But here's the question: "There's an image inside me about them. How can i make it takeaway as if it never then i will not become the best?" My tips a) Select the best performer. b) See what they do. Reasearch and get the information. c) See their achievements and get a clarity that is as crystal as glass that why are they at that level? d) Make yourself visualize that at some point of time, theya re at your level. e) Repeatedly doing (d) will actually help you to stay motivated. And take action for atleast one day. IV) Now this one day will act like a booster to boost your evidences that you can do it and achieve very big. This will motivate you. V) Bonus tip:- Remember the friends you get along may be the most impacting factor. So try to get along with them who are smarter and get along with your goals. Once who follow the above 5 things will be able to (not be able to but actually/seriously) get success.

The difference between ego and pride may be the fact that ego is thinking your better, so you perform better, and thats confidence, but pride is when that confidence or ego gets to big, on to the point where you just dont try at all, so you end up loosing, its like the fall of hitler, he underestimated the soviets which is what led to his fall, and what led him to underestimate the soviets? pride, ,cause once you start to relax while in battle, well its no surprise youll start to loose sooner ot later, so its good have some ego but always check if its too much, cause too much will result in imbalance, leading to the fall. Now your welcome for some wisdom youve learned, and I do want to say this video really is like finding a diamond. And last thing, the easiest way to get confidence is to do what others arent doing, wether if thats learning something that can benefit you greatly like learning how to invest or trade, or if its just getting an edge like learning how to talk to people. (I got my ego from trading too and surprisingly, it helps me as I perform better to sustain it)
