@@sayalshrestha3895 I'm going by the google definition which is: 1. @@sayalshrestha3895 plus, Metacognition is an awareness of one's thought processes and an understanding of the patterns behind them. Essentially, you should try to disprove what you're attempting to learn, If you can't, then you should look for connections not just classes but everything. -why your friend acting like this? Did he watch something? or is it that because he doesn't have a father? -how can I draw something better? more practice or more learning? or both? nah this is not good enough... you should always try to improve what you are doing, nothing is "good enough"

@eraysona I have everything planned out, I just have to follow accordingly. But I have bad ADHD, its hard to be persistent. I lack motivation, I'm not disciplined. wish I had a decent area for walking around, that would've worked

But the disadvantage of this method is that you disrupt the memorization mechanism and it can make you a psychopath because doing it causes too much stress.

I think you over did the "I am qualified to talk about this" part at the start. Sports has nothing to do with IQ. Great video and excellent advice. I am confused about how to do part 2.5.

I think observation abilities has something to do with IQ. You should be able to link certain movements with outcomes. part 2.5 is just about being consistent :)

Hey bro help me please ... ? Sometimes I think that being smarter and rewiring your brain will kill the me who I am today... As our brain wouldn't not be the same and it will start to think differently... These thoughts acts a barrier when I try to push myself. Any thoughts? Please helps
@eraysona
@eraysona 2 ай бұрын
interesting, I used to have these thoughts. This is actually important, there is even a company that helps important people to beat those thoughts. I used to hate beating people, I just didn't want anyone to beat so bad. I didn't want to leave people behind. But my purpose is to get rich asap and save everyone I love. So why shouldn't leave them behind at this point? After realizing this I changed. I hope you beat your own thought too. Have a nice one :)

Idk why but I suddenly feel 10x more smarter now cuz I had been doing all of this stuff way before I saw this video in fact I even taught the visualization method to my class mates 1 month back either 14th or 15th September my class mates quite literally... struggle with physics they just can't visualize it and then they started fearing physics like crazy we had one class test of physics (our school makes hard ass question papers involving actual crazy amounts of logical thinking) I was the only one who got a 10/10 where as others got some 5/10 or 6/10 and mind you it is not that my class mates are dumb the questions our school gives are kinda hard well, anyways we had our mid term exams and I gave this tip to my class mates to start visualizing physics and... guess what? 90% of my class passed well I still got the highest because I have been using this trick for a very long time but you get my point the longer you use this the better and smarter you get well anyways, thanks a bunch for making this video , this helped me know that I am on the right tracks, kudos!

I kind of disagrees little bit in the second step. Yes, you should question things and get in depth, but what if you just filter out what you necessarily need and what you don't? Getting in depth of everything could waste significant amount of time, which you could have used to get better at things that actually have impact on your life. Tell me what do you think.

I definitely agree, I always spend some time to search what to learn and what not to learn. But the deal is that when you start to go deep, it gets easier, you spend less time to think or imagine.

I can relate to that. When I was preparing for university exam I was taking fake exams to see my current result it was 200min per exam. whenever I get out I couldn't even add 22 + 9. Clearly our brain gets tired lol. just like our willpower
