I associate meditation(Vipassana) as metacognition. Which meditation emphasizes deep thinking? Are u mistaking critical analysis with meditation?
@LearnTheCode57343 ай бұрын
@@sayalshrestha3895 I'm going by the google definition which is: 1. "think deeply or carefully about (something)" Nothing more. Nothing less
@LearnTheCode57343 ай бұрын
@@sayalshrestha3895 plus, Metacognition is an awareness of one's thought processes and an understanding of the patterns behind them. I kind of disagrees little bit in the second step. Yes, you should question things and get in depth, but what if you just filter out what you necessarily need and what you don't? Getting in depth of everything could waste significant amount of time, which you could have used to get better at things that actually have impact on your life. Tell me what do you think.

I definitely agree, I always spend some time to search what to learn and what not to learn. But the deal is that when you start to go deep, it gets easier, you spend less time to think or imagine.

I have a question 🙋, Can you become a teacher of mentality

It seems like I will

Well I agree with everything but can you explain my situation where a limited period time by brain works like I can do anything and everything I can understand that no scholars can but it works only for a limited time and after that I become so exhausted that I can't even tell what 2+2 is .
@eraysona26 күн бұрын
I can relate to that. When I was preparing for university exam I was taking fake exams to see my current result it was 200min per exam. whenever I get out I couldn't even add 22 + 9. Clearly our brain gets tired lol. just like our willpower

I found the video a little vague, could you go more in-depth?

mee too. I just wanted to make it a valuable pill. I explained it in the comments. here are some keywords that you can search: bloom's taxonomy, meta learning, image streaming, and do sports

1:52 but its important to learn from your mistakes, yes you should shrug it off but not purely that you'll keep on making mistakes

True, for the growth mentality. I wasn't very clear there. Thanks for pointing it out.
