We all get anxiety from time to time and I think it's important to have tools in our tool boxes to deal with it safely. In this video, I am chatting about how exercise helps anxiety. For me, my workouts are my sanity. It is so helpful to know that by simply getting your heart rate up a bit you can change your entire day. Moving your body is so essential to living a healthy life but it is important to know that it doesn't have to look the same for everyone.
