Man, this was one of the best showcasing issues for Bennett du Paris. His history as a Knight is finally here. Now that we know Dane Whitman’s daughter is a Mutant, I hope we get a good reuniting of Exodus and Black Knight. Lastly, Emma Frost is one of the highest level Telepaths, but she was never stated to be an Omega-Level mutant.

Great vid! I have an MCU theory... The MCU is clearly gonna do something with the Black Knight. What if we get a movie or Disney + series exploring his history and we get Exodus in it either as a flashback OR as a main "villain?" For extra measures this could hint at En Sabah Nur as well. I think this is all possible with how important Kang is going to be and We all know at one point he, as a Pharaoh, influenced Apocalypse. And Apocalypse had discovered Celestial tech. I think this could all tie in if they do it carefully.

Parallel thinking! I've had a very similar thought process... though I wasn't considering Exodus. I never read the Sersi/Dane storyline, so I didn't know much about them meeting him in the past. I mean, it's been mentioned in passing in a few videos, but I didn't know the meat-n-potatoes of the story until just now. I hope you're right! I would SO love to see him in the MCU, maybe as a well-intentioned antihero to start, who comes wholly to the side of good. 😻

It would be very, very surprising to see Uber beyond omega level mutant *Matthew Malloy* apart of this X-MEN storyline in a way we couldn't had imagined. I've always been fascinated by Exodus, and love the chance to see a deep dive on his character. I like how he's developed since the days of Magneto's Acolytes, and I like how he's developing now. But I have concerns they're going to end up writing him into a "well-intentioned villain" at some point. Too many times it seems the writers can't resist regurgitating overused tropes for their stories. I so very hope they continue his path similar to what has been going on with Kurt Wagner. Nightcrawler's devout faith gets challenged and restored on the regular, but he always endures and approaches it with humility. Exodus's power level will make it extremely tempting to do... I dunno... a "Holy Thanos" kinda waste of a plotline.

Exodus is one of my all time favs, but he's taking his whole faith craziness to another level. Hallucinating he saw the Phoenix, and for a long time he believed it was Christian and now knowing of the Phoenix thinks that's what he saw.. His searching for mutant faith, believing Hope is a messiah, and believing that Apocalypse was doing all this solely for his family. Believing that Apocalypse's name is that of the biblical book of Revelation, ignoring the parts about it also means destruction in other texts. And his still harping on about Jesus being a mutant, without proof. Taking the X-Men's X and believing it to be the cross. The guy is a hardcore zealot, who had his Christian faith destroyed and turned it towards mutantkind. So I wouldn't take this stuff as fact. Plus that whole Sun thing, it never said or showed him using a shield at all. And that future Destiny saw was just one of many possible futures she saw, and the one with him being all powerful was just one. Which showed Sinister resetting it in order to stop it from hoping.

Well, she was classified before as omega class which would at least make her as equally skilled as other omega telepaths. And hope probably boosted her power levels to omega level.
