Are there any possible life threatening side effects of exosomes like cancer, tumors..?

Thank you!!! Every doctor says OA is overuse. No chance my OA is due to overuse.

Has exosome been used to treat knee osteoarthritis? What companies produce it?

Good afternoon! Tell me, please, is it possible in post-traumatic arthrosis (thinned hyaline cartilage) to build hyaline cartilage with the help of stem cells or exosomes, or perhaps a combination of them? If so, which cells will be used for chondrogenesis? Thank you very much.

Hi Doctor, firstly thanking you for sharing your knowledge with us. It is very valuable! So I sprained my left ankle about 1.5 years ago (partial ruptures on the anterior talofibular ligament). Unfortunately I did not take enough time to recover right away. I started doing exercises given by a physiotherapist about 3 months later. After doing physio for 2 months it felt like I recovered and I went back to teaching salsa. 4 months later I started to feel some pain again, mainly after having danced. But this time not on my ankle but mainly on my left knee and lower back. Now I am back to physio for almost 2 months. Doing different exercises to improve stability and balance (squat, supine dead bugs, calf raise etc). I also had to take a break on dancing. I saw your video about the effect of BPC157 on ligament healing. I am wondering whether taking BPC 157 would help to heal if an injury occured more than a year ago? Also wondering if you have any other recommendations (in addition to continuing physiotherapy) on how to improve/accelerate ligament rupture healing in long-lasting pain/recovery time ? Thank you very much in advance
