How fast can I install a LokkLatch Deluxe?

Today, I’m seeing just how fast I can install a Lokklatch Deluxe by D & D Technologies.
I will be installing this gate latch into a Hampton style picket fence with steel gate frame.
This was a fun little challenge and it really put me to the test. I’ve installed a few hundred of these over the years. But never under time pressure.
