How fast can PH rise from aeration / spa jets?

What was the TA currently at while you were doing this test if you can recall? Also would a lower TA level like 50-70 help the ph from rising so fast with the jets on?

An alkalinity level of 50-70 is not recomended. Those numbers are below the "ideal" range of 80 to 120 for alkalinity.

120 is too high in my experience keep it to the lower side. When I added new water to my pool it was perfectly balanced at 7.6 ph and 90 TA, that didn't last long as I use liquid chlorine otherwise it's just the filtration system running for 8 hrs. It's a battle going through a ton of chemicals. Going to go with adding Pro Team Supreme Plus (Borax plus additives to keep ph from raising) to stablize things (your skin won't obsorb it but you just don't want let kids or pets drink it)
