Playthrough Rules:
1. Only my selected pokemon in battle
2. No items in battle
3. No glitches or exploits (the badge boost and marowak skip permitted)
4. No Losing of ANY Kind (No Blackout Training)
5. No Double-Team TM before level 100*
Other Things to Know:
1. Pokeballs (HM Pokemon) are allowed in battle
2. I play the game at 4x game speed (238 frames per second)
3. My Pokemon have perfect DVs
4. Skipping the bike is not allowed
5. Saving between Elite 4 members is allowed
6. If the solo Pokemon faints and I choose to blackout it counts towards my reset counter and I still have to reset
Terms:
1. STAB
--- Same Type Attack Bonus - a 1.5x damage multiplier for using a move that shares it's type with the attacker
2. DVs
--- The Gen1 equivalent of IVs (individual values), these range from 0-15
3. Stat XP
--- The Gen1 equivalent of EVs. But unlike EVs, you can reach the limit with every stat

I noticed, I'm going to try and alter my way of doing videos to be more like squidgy. This will allow me to spend a lot less time scripting. No problem, Twitch plays pokemon was only a thing for like a month. I paid attention about 1/3rd the way into the event, but it wasn't like a big deal (newsworthy) until they made it to the elite 4.

Those ranges on Surge were painful :( Wonder if the 2 shot required 2 low odds high rolls... Holy, I love that you have exp to next level on your overlay! Gen 1 is quite hard as a viewer to know or even make a guess as to how close/far from a levelup the Pokemon is; with the prevalence of the badge boost glitch, that info is so, so, so nice to have!
