@Marouan Fares when i say "out of something" i mean like ice cream ingredents such as chocalate shake mix, strawberry shake mix, ice cream mix, etc. As far is it ACTUALLY being broken that is true for the US only lincened individuals can repair the machine, however what i meant was the employees were either too lazy or didnt know how to replace the ice cream ingredents and would instead say it was broken, or at least that was the case at the mcds i worked at.
