My wife surprised me with my 3. S vorteks brushless RC car back in March of this year as a gift to celebrate me. Overcoming sepsis and pneumonia and a blood infection that tried to kill me. She knew that I loved all R. C everything and I had to give all of it up years ago due to financial distress. I have been loving being back with that car. In the hobby, my wife has since gotten her own Arma. Big rock and my kids have gotten into the hobby too. We also have boats now, but it all started off of my car. So I agree. It is one of the best. I would also go as far as to say that you guys are top-notch. I am grateful to be here to watch your content

I have about 20 arrma cars and 7 losis also .. just got this and love it.. arrma is the Toyota of rc cars .. there hard to break and the engineering is fantastic! Great review as always

I love it, I have the Gorgon which is the same chassis but it won't be any faster as it's the same power system. These trucks were made for off road action, Not running up and down a flat car park. Great Video.

I’ve spoilt my 5 year old and she’s already driving my FTX DR8 on 6S flat out at 55-60mph 😂…. The problem now is she loves it and nothing slower will be fun enough now 😂🤦‍♂️

They have to protect their brand and product. Everyone copies things from them. Like nintendo or apple of the rc world. I dont blame them for protecting their brand. I think you get a good value with their cars. Especially their nitro cars. Arrma is cheaper but it looks like a knock off rc brand. The only thing they made original imo is the outkast/granite and infraction. I want an infraction pretty bad. Ive owned a kraton 4s. The electronics were pretty bad, the car ended up having a glitch and doing a full throttle runaway into a curb. The car exploded, they ended up warrantying it but only cause they got it to glitch again. I had to buy another 150 dollar spectrum remote to “upgrade” it. I dont feel like I have to do much to my traxxas cars. Traxxas gets a ton of hate but they are a great brand imo. I mostly stick to Traxxas, kyosho, and tamiya.

I remember those Irontrax short course trucks Abby's gemstone body lol found the channel while you guys were bashing them I'd love to see you guys do a true rc drift car review rwd, gyro... Ect MST and Yokomo both make excellent ready to runs MST has a bunch of body styles to choose from as well as brushed or brushless power systems to save some money there's one more rtr I could mention but won't from another brand I'd be doing a disservice to the rc community if I did

On a cold day, maybe, but lipos are just as happy at 60 degrees as they are at 80 degrees. I'm tired of hearing this myth from every Tom Dick and Harry. Lipos only freak out below 40 degrees, and they perform their best at 70-90 degrees. It doesn't look like it's below 70 degrees the day of filming, so put your snake oil comment elsewhere, sir or ma'am.

That's cool how they eliminated the back clip, I'm on the fence about the Fury or Slash. Got some batteries for my Dino jet boat and was told the Slash is equivalent - both are the brushed 2wd RTR, what do you think?

I think they went back wards on it I do get there trying to bring more people in to the hobby but they should have revamped the vortex like they did and the rest of them 3s 4s and the 6s one the short course truck too just make them with the 4wd add on and the brushless systems and the new clip less body systems they would have sold even more specially with the new colors and body schemes.

Im actually a huge arrma fan... But,, this lineup does nothing for me. We already have a 2wd and 4wd vorteks... This won't be confusing AT ALL. Call it something else and use a NEW body.

the old 2wd vorteks was just a 4wd vorteks with missing parts. it didn’t handle well and it costed too much to switch to 4wd. this new one is better imo

I personally don't like this lineup because I'm NOT into 2wd off-road.. I'm fine with 2wd on road depending on application. and absolutely not into front wd at all. 😉👍

10th scale much more exciting than Grom. Sorry, that's how i feel. Traxxas is making its own mini max. It will be brushless, but that means it'll probably be $300 for a 2s truck with a proprietary battery compartment. And it'll smell like rotten fish and the tires will be square blocks of wood with nails in them.

This is considered entry level hobby grade. This is under $200.00 USD. For $250 ish you could get a senton mega 550 which is 30mph I think. 3s is where they seem to go above 50

I dunno. I don't think you get demonetized for saying "gun" I watch plenty of video game channels that are monetized and they say "gun" all the time. No offense meant, please understand, and you are free to say or not say what you like, but I'm pretty sure they let you say that word. In fact, even the supposedly more restrictive KZbin Kids videos (specifically the MJX 10th scale truck preview video) say the F word in them. I will say this and hear me out. If you hate Traxxas this would be the best 1st Rc car. But for the longest time ive always thought that the Traxxas Rustler 2wd has been a great choice. Traxxas might have put patterns and lawsuits on other brands but the Rustler is just such a good truck

For a beginner, it's nice to have a good warranty service, with no questions asked and no BS. Traxxas warranty is like pulling teeth, if you get service in the first place. Horizon Hobby just wants a picture, and then they ship you the replacement. No hassle. I've never gotten a successful warranty replacement from Traxxas. Horizon Hobby replaced things for me 4 out of the 5 times I asked.

Hey, if you need to get rid of an old RC to make room for this, PLEASE send one to my wife she just got out of the hospital after being in there for four months ! She had to learn to walk all over again, and an RC would be great physical therapy for her ! It would give her the motivation to get off of her butt and go outside !

You can think whatever you want, but she had to have a high risk Emergency surgery, and when she was in the hospital, she got the 19 from someone or someplace in the hospital and it totally wiped her out ! She had to spend 4 months in a nursing facility for rehab learning to walk again !! Now she has to use a walker to get around ! So your comment is uninformed and uncaring ! I didn't see you anyplace when I was building her a Wheelchair ramp so that she could come home from the hospital !!

Traxxas has their own clip, but it’s different than this. We aren’t saying Traxxas doesn’t have clip systems, just that it’s nice to see Arrma doing it in new ways. The underneath front clip system is very impressive paired with the clip in the back. 👍💯😎⚓️
