I don't agree. When I reached their customer care regarding Amazon pay UPI, 3 executives and 2 people from leadership team abruptly disconnected my call when they couldn't provide me a solution. I'm still struggling with this and latest reply I've got is to try linking my account after 90 days. Totally shit. UPI works smooth on Google pay and phonepe. Amazon should stop stepping into every possible segment where they don't have expertise.

Don’t know about the business jargons he’s used here in his video but Amazon’s success story was simple : - 1. Better prices 2. Faster delivery 3. Fabulous customer service 4. Faster website 5. Accurate search results 6. More variety of products Flipkart lacked in all of the above as compared to Amazon and people realised this when they started using Amazon. Like for example flipkart could never produce accurate search results. When i typed “Electronic piano”, flipkart would show kid’s keyboard in the first few pages. Amazon would accurately show “Electronic Piano”. A combination of these small things as mentioned above made Amazon a big success, in Nutshell.

The effect of supercoins by flipkart can't be undermined. Even though the return is low, but it still pushes me to buy from Flipkart instead of Amazon if the price are same. Till now by using flipkart supercoins I have got dominos vouchers worth 4.5k which seems good to me.
