How food & nutrition policy gets decided | USA example

I love this video! I wanted to be a food and nutrition policy maker when I'm older, so this was actually really helpful to me. I am very interested in nutrition and diabetes prevention (because yikes America), but I'm not sure what kind of job that would put me toward. I also don't want to be in a lab all day. Do you have any career ideas? And would a degree in international public health and poly sci be a good choice for this career path? Or if not, what would you suggest? Thanks for the great vid :)
