I have a lot of chronic pain (fibromyalgia)I believe that this is true as my pain is worse when I don't watch what I eat Although it is hard to eat this way when my husband doesn't like when I eat special foods or plant based as he sees nothing wrong with them as we both grew up on farms

This is amazing, so well explained. It's sad to keep hearing health & nutrition "experts" recommending olive oil, chicken and oily salmon, people think they're health foods and I did too for a while, that's all I was eating, I was craving carbs like crazy, even dreamed about eating them, I was so food obsessed and bingeing. I'm so glad I switched to a WFPB way of eating, 3 ears vegan (and slim!) this month. I simply stopped ordering olive oil and animal products from my supermarket when I ordered online and if it's not in your house it's not in your mouth.

Pain has very little to do with diet. It’s how you handle your mental health, your thoughts and emotions. Plain common sense. Ask any psychiatrist or naturopathic physician. Most of us can’t even distinguish between a muscle or a nerve pain
