Transitioning to a vegan, or plant-based diet can be challenging without proper guidance and support. In this video, I answer all of Zlatina's questions and concerns before she attempts to switch to a vegan diet from a typical Western carnivorous diet. We discuss recipes, ordering vegan meals at restaurants, how to stay satisfied by eating plants, etc. Enjoy!
