I'm currently learning Korean through courses and watching lots of K-dramas and Korean Programmes. which is working but very slowly, hahaha! But I know it works for sure as I've learnt Arabic just by watching TV during my childhood and now I have been speaking it fluently for many years. legally you have to do it under 14 days anyway cause it’s the same process to notify the government of your address change (전입신고) but honestly the day of is always best because if shit happens the government will treat all files in order of registration so if you register it as soon as you move in that’s better. the movers were still in the middle of moving my furniture and i was already on my way there haha

ty for watching!! omg its been a while for me but if i recall most places will require you to have an RC to sign a lease! if not maybe you can try with your passport 🤔 honestly i wouldn’t stress it though because changing your address on the RC is not as annoying as before and if im not mistaken can now be done at your local community center!! wish you the best!
