Thank you for all you do Dr. Mandell! I have a good report for you on forward head posture. I have been working hard for nearly a month to correct forward head posture after watching your videos. As a massage therapist for the past ten years I leaned over people working and my head was always jutting forward. It created a big problem, but I didn't know what to do about it until I watched your videos. So... after consistent hard work for nearly a month my chest muscles have strengthened and I am able to hold my posture pretty good now without straining. I am seeing improvement already in the bone in the back of my neck and the positioning of my head going back into alignment. Someone came over today and the first thing she said to me was... your posture is so straight what have you been doing?! I now have her watching your videos and getting help as well. Just wanted to give you a good report and say thank you! Keep up the good work! We are watching, learning and benefiting! God bless you! Heidi Lynn...

Did know about this until 2 days ago! I thought it was a misalignment to my teeth, sleep apnea issues, neck issues, etc. had headaches everyday for 2 years. I got braces again and it did help the jaw a bit, but would get headaches once in a while. Now I know it’s my posture, and will definitely get this fix! This video is very informative! Thanks!

Perfect timing. I've been dealing with this problem. I've had poping and mild ear pain, went to the doctor and it has nothing to do with my ears but was because of my jaw and tightness in my neck and traps. Stretching the traps and SCM helps some but hasn't fixed the problem. I want to try your jaw exercises in hopes they help
@americanzombie18024 жыл бұрын
METRIK much better than back then. I still have to do my jaw and neck exercises from time to time and watch my posture or the problem starts coming back. But if I keep my neck and back strong, watch my posture, and do a few jaw exercises, the pains will go away, sometimes for months at a time without me thinking about it. Bad posture and sitting more usually brings it back.

Dr. Mandell please make a video about craniocervical instability. I was recently diagnosed with a severe case after suffering for many years. I'm seeing a doctor, but I would love people to know how it can affect the whole body and the cerebellum. Also, it can be hard to get diagnised with this if you don't have EDS. I hope you can make the video. Thank you for all the good knowledge you always share in your videos.

While looking up posture treatment options, I saw a posture guide called “doso shocking guide” (search it on Google). The guide was easy and the tips are easy to do. Upon trying it for the entire day, I observed a positive change. I have been putting it on every day for a month now, and already see good results.

I have developed serious problems from these very issues. What kind of physician should I seek out for some relief? I believe the some of the sutures in my skull have started to disarticulate, and I dont see my chiropractor being able to help much more. I was considering calling Andrews Institute which is not far from where I live, I've also made an appt. with a cranio sacral therapist.
