I stated to work in the potatoes when I was 7 years old. Until I was in my late 40s in the potato fields in Idaho, my dad raised potatoes on the farm he worked for. I could eat potatoes every day ❤

potatoes are the best, there's just so many ways to cook them :D my favorite is hashbrowns first i cut them into cubes and then boil them till they're soft inside and then i fry them with onions to crisp the outside and stop it from turning into mashed potatoes lol

Innovation at its finest! Modern processing lines are revolutionizing the way we handle agricultural products! #FarmTech #InnovationInAg #SustainableFarming"

These farming machines are absolutely awesome! 🇺🇸 It’s incredible to see how technology has revolutionized agriculture. But it makes me wonder - are we becoming too dependent on machinery, and what does that mean for smaller, traditional farmers? Either way, the innovation here is undeniable. Keep up the great work!

really enjoyed this video, it’s fascinating to see the scale of production and the technology involved. but honestly, isn't it kinda weird how something so simple as a french fry gets this industrialized? i mean, do we really need that much automation for a snack?

@QProcessHD19 күн бұрын
You're absolutely right-frozen products don't have the same freshness as those prepared on the spot, and added sugar and synthetic chemicals can definitely change the equation when it comes to processed foods like potato chips. Transparency about ingredients is crucial for understanding what we're really eating. Do you think there's a noticeable taste difference between freshly made potato chips and store-bought ones, or is it more about the ingredients for you?

In 1963 in KC area i was the French Fry guy at one of two owned by the same guy. A big drum with nasty abrasive ( US military) and water did the trick and they were as fresh as fries could get. Then we stood them in a fry cutter. Throw them into cooking oil and add too much salt and could line them up for a pic nic at Swope park on a Saturday afternoon. We didn't have no beef broth or any of that useless stuff. Lots of failing fast food drive thus have much better fries. That is why I patronize them. MacD is a last resort.

Hello ! The best "French fries" are not the best. The best are made in Belgium. The French don't know how processing it properly. First of all you must choose the right variety : Bintjes. After peeling and cutting, you can process the first frying : 3 minutes in boiling oil or beef fat. After cooling a second frying is necessary to make the fries crunchy. Ad salt only when served. Et voilà ! Phil. Peace !
