Seems like this whole last week been farm delivery pump jobs. Honestly rather do those then have to deal with all the idiots at service stations.
@DrtyDiesel3 жыл бұрын
Absolutely I agree, I'll take these kind of stops vs stations any day of the week.

Was there a Chapter 1? I always wondered: What is done with the fuel in the lines and fittings? Does it have a designated spot if it can be collected? PS - PitVipers are OSHA approved cool.

I apologize, I have an older video where I pump clear diesel into a different tank. I try to drain the hoses as much as possible, but there will always be a little residual left in them.

I hate pawn jobs. One time the 3 inches adapter blew off for me. Yes it's made by aluminum the blew off. I make a mess

Hey. 🤘🏽how do u know when the tank is full. It was a hot one that day. Stay frosty my friend. 🥶🥶💯💯😎🤜🏽🤛🏾

Hey David, before I pumped into that tank I knew how much it could hold by the measurements on top of the tank. When I'm done I check it again and see how much it's gone up. Thanks for watching 😁

Detroit in a newer Pete? Anyway I have some questions, I've been thinking about getting a tanker but not actually running it to haul, would only use it to store delivered fuel for my trucks. Savings and such is the reason, what type of restrictions are there for using tanker trailers for storage? Thanks in advance.

My truck is a glider, and has a pre emissions series 60 in it. As far as the tanker storage, I’m honestly not sure. I believe if the storage tank can hold more than a certain amount of gallons there has to be certain rules, however when it comes to using an older tanker trailer for storage you should be fine. I would definitely do it for convenience. Make sure you get a cable trailer, so that the belly valves are operated by pulling a cable to open the valve. That way you don’t have to have air pressure in the trailer. You could get a 4” to 2” adapter and hook it to the head of the compartment. Then run a 2” hose from a filter with a nozzle. That would be the best way to do it.

@DrtyDiesel I didn't realize they made gliders in anything but hoods. I run Freightliners so really not familiar with the different brands, good looking and sounding truck (I've watched your other video where camera is mounted to the trailer). Thanks for the info, I'll definitely keep that in mind when browsing trailers. I'll check into the laws and see what I have to do to be complient in case someone decides to visit me, don't wanna set it up then have to stop it. Thanks again.
