I've felt the Flow State once in a year. I remember that I reached 10x Multikill on Deathmatch in Valorant only using a Sheriff (deagle in CS) I felt like a different person that day
@lamakicker697 жыл бұрын
ESports definitely takes a lot of skill but I wouldn't consider it a real sport, just keep the "E" before sport and that very clearly differentiates the two. Sports are played by athletes, ESports doesn't take much athletic ability. ESports is more a competition of mental ability and quick thinking.

actually if you know how SC2 , is basically, you Must Build your economy (Producing unit, and Structure), Maintain your unit while attacking enemy with control group (usually upto 5 or 6), while assigning each command to each Group (like Attack those enemy, move to that location after that do attack move, Cast some spell, Cloaked some unit, Carry unit using Some type of Unit carrier), most of the Command is F1-F5(camera), 1-7(for control group), letter ,especially left hand for command, pro SC2 player usually can execute command upto 300+ Per minute called APM, i am just 150 at most tho...

Is pool a sport? Bowling? Pro level SC is about as physically demanding as either of them.
@James-mb6jt7 жыл бұрын
It's hard to explain. I play video games but they shouldn't be classified as "sports", they're games. Just like how eating 72 hot dogs isn't a sport. Archery, bowling, pool actually take skill. I know gaming takes skill but it's not really physical skill, it's mental. That's like calling poker a sport.
@TheAznChild9116 жыл бұрын
they are competitions :) i know
@wilingly6 жыл бұрын
LexRex it does take physical skill aswell. Especially twitch fps games when you have to be extremely percise very quickly. It takes hundreds and thousands of hours to develop the muscle memory to become a pro gamer. And that's not taking into account stratagy.

HentEye Sports are played by athletes and take athletic ability. Video games don't take much athletic ability. ESports shouldn't be compared to Sports though. ESports is much more quick thinking, and mental ability but once again doesn't require much physical abilities. Not trying to diss ESports, just pointing out the difference between it an regular Sports.
