How good are the Idolmaster Starter Decks? Opening and Review | Shadowverse Evolve

I've been waiting for this set to come out to go all in on Shadowverse. I love the fact that it's in a self contained set. It's also a nice bonus that the cards are super cute.

My general thoughts from jp version. Cool - Consistent. Goes wide and fast. Many searchers. The best. Passion - Big gamble that can turn things around if the perfect card is flipped from top. The funny deck. Cute - Strong late game from turn 7, but can't do much if you don't draw Uzuki. Heals a ton. Uzuki best smile.

The game did have Priconne and Granblue cards. Priconne utilized Union Burst and Granblue utilized Skybound Arts so can't wait for them to implement it in TCG

I think they have a lot to gain from doing these crossovers, so I’d imagine they’re working on doing new ones in the future. Personally I would go bankrupt if they did a Re Zero Shadowverse evolve crossover.

Yeah I'm really looking forward to that one too! Especially since I've been really getting into CFV this year! I even bought some of the SVE/CFV collab sleeves when they came out in Japan haha

Sorry I'm totally new to the physical version of this game, been playing the digital version for a while. Why are there multiple different class cards in one deck? dont they all have to be the same class?

Typically yes but deckbuilding is different for collab sets like Umamusume and Idolm@ster. If EVERY card in your deck is from that collab you can mix the classes. You can still play the collab cards in regular decks of course!

It’s their way of also releasing support for the existing classes on top of the collab. Like imagine if umamusume cards were all forestcraft. That would make it unfair for the rest of the classes while forest gets a ton of support. In addition, if you make umamusume an entire craft of their own with their own symbol and color, then that’s an entire set that doesn’t support existing crafts, and players would have to wait longer for the next set to receive support. Lastly, what if players like the collab and want to include it in their decks? This was the best solution on how to release collab sets.

I can definitely understand that! I did like that we got playsets of the legendaries though so that helped make it up for me!

There is a chance for the leader to be foil. Pulled a foil Uzuki leader in my deck.
