You should probably mention this is only max handling for ground, not the other terrain types. Baby Peach + Biddybuggy + Rollers + Cloud has max ground, air, AG handling and more traction. For maximum water handling (who would ever want this?) It's Streetle and Peach Parasol.

I would say the handling stat can be really important. On 200ccm. Not that much on 150ccm though, I'll give you that. But my brother and I play 200 exclusively and if I use a combo with bad handling, I can really feel it
