I love McDavid, Crosby, Ovy, etc, but Datsyuk has the best collection of highlights. A true genius with the puck.

Excellent summary. The first two minutes of this video succinctly explains how typical hockey culture arrogantly overlooks what hockey talent actually is and how to provide opportunities for it to grow.

@@KetaProductions well, bro. I am now an official subscriber of your channel. The sole fact that you’ve replied to my comment (and quite rapidly I might add) convinced me. The whole redwings team were like, this kid gets here in camp and can't speak a lick of english but is sick af. Coming from Brett hull. I mean, I honestly believe he was the most skilled hockey player will ever see. I have never seen a player like him. The guy just had it all. That is why I think he was the best all around player ever. Not about points and crap, I mean all around. Skating stickhandling take aways defense. Just the movement cannot be matched.

can you imagine if this guy had Bure's speed? He'd had over 140 points every year. You should have mentioned his insane passing ability. It was just as good as his stick handling.
