To anyone wondering what he has done in recent times: Bendtner got his footballing redemption in the Norwegian League and became the league top scorer in his first season. He was supposed to go to the World Cup in 2018, but got injured just about a month prior. He then went to FC Copenhagen for half a season where the fans loved him. Weirdly enough FC Copenhagen threw him out for unknown reasons. Lately he has been taking a coaching license, and he has now officially got the Coaching Level A license and is now fully able to coach professional football teams.

For example the NBA MVP the past 2 years was Nikola Jokic who is from Serbia. Basketball is a global sport not as old as football but growing in popularity every single year.
