In keeping with this week's focus on pushing through mental barriers and embracing discomfort on the erg, I decided to wrap up my hard sessions for the week with an ambitious "30r20", especially since I left a lot in the tank my first time attempting one last month. 30 minutes at no higher than 20 strokes per minute. ~600 strokes -- pull as hard as you can!
