I think generally Microsoft is very open to people from different backgrounds - as I gave the interviews after a couple of easy-medium coding questions (but I guess they understood later on that I wasn't from Romania?) so they even offered me a position with the same team but working from UP. But I had to reconsider that (not moving to UP). This is before even 1 year in service-based, and from tier-3 college, so it's definitely possible.

I am currently studying in this university! and i want to add something more that next time mention our University Name,It will give recognisation and help your juniors in somehow! you are alumni of our University, There are more such alumni who forgots to mention our University at National Level,thinking that its a tier 3 University,If you will not mention it will remain tier 3. I think scaler is nt worth it... When u hv free resources like leetcode, geekforgeeks, etc... At d end u hv to do hardwork. Scaler is no magic...

I complete agree to YOUR last line. Scaler or no other course is magic.

Definitely If you are already good with DSA and system design you don't need Scaler :) But If you are not, then Scaler is one of the finest options available Also This makes me remember the very similar logic of my uncle - Schools/Colleges do not matter, as curriculum is the same everywhere, and it's the student who shall be doing all the hard work. And yet we know there is a definite distinction between IIT/NITS/IIITs and other tier-3 colleges Till the time, the coding culture of tier 3 does start matching to IITs, we need something to fall back.
