3:50 This is the most important life lesson to learn!! A lot of people don't work hard if they don't get the salary they want. They believe that "the salary what they are paying is not worth the work they are making us do" I remember during my internship, my friends were complaining that "ye kaam worth nahi hai jitna vo log pay kar rahe hai", but I did my best and the results were different too. I took away a lot from the internship, whereas, my friends couldn't take away much from the internship. "Wherever you are, be there fully!!!!"

23:01 I think he deviated from the question. Bad work culture in any companies (like working at nights , on weekends etc) cannot be accepted. Some jobs culture are really bad. I have seen my friends work 14 hrs a day ( including weekends ) for more than 6-7 months in service based companies. Work culture can be bad.

I am not sure which service company gives 10-12% hike . This is something which could with 1-2 % service based employees but what about rest ? what you are telling it could have with you ..you could have got 10-12% but not true in generic cases.These companies are still following bell curve. Its not easy to change the project if you got any support project . And the life in support is HELL n not sure if you both have worked at which level. I hope you must be aware of levels of support - L1, L2 and L3. In L1 and L2 support we wont get source code access . for code changes There are L3 support. So things are totaly different on ground I think from your perspective Be it on hike , growth, culture..

Service based companies in India pays less than one fourth compared to product based companies. This is the standard.

FACT check - 1) No of job application > total vacancy in product based companies. 2) Not everyone is qualified enough for product based company you may clear interview but you may not survive there. 3) Not every service based company is bad. 4) Dont portray service based company as bad companies. You guys are making FOMO abt product based companies. This make teaching institute to grow more like they take advantage of this product based company FOMO and launch their DSA course for MAANG companies. Like thry are charging 2 Lakh fees fee for DSA coaching which can be learn for free on YT.

Understand your point , but you should always try for best. Lot of openings right now in product companies compared to when we passed out and the pay diff is huge. FOMOs are NOT created by us. We create awareness. Talking about courses , People sell what people wants to consume. Simple. Back during my college days , I remember people selling courses on aptitude and basic programming which would help them to get into service companies. Because that was the demand of the time.

@@rite2riddhi I haven't seen any youtuber showing bad sight of any product based company if you are creating awareness it should be from both side. You are showing only good thing abt these companies. I have seen people who left job in amazon, walmart due to toxic work culture. But noone is talking abt this topic. And many youtubers promoting Scaler, Crio.do program. and trust me they are not that worthy for the price still youtubers promoting such course and provide coupens for the same as well. I wonder any YTer who is promote such course have seen their content ? Their bussiness model is based on single idea of providing job in PBC.
