Both of you keep this up. It's good to get the inside scoop on stuff like that. I'm looking at a laundromat tomorrow. (Take over. Thanks Danny!) Dan, put a piece of tin like Keenan uses around that office. Do the inside 4' as well. (Pro tip: When renovating or building use flat tin and put it under the drywall on both sides.) (Plywood works ok too but you need to build your door jams out. )

Hey guys really appreciate what you’re doing - how do you go on vacation - most open at 6 and close at 10/cash out - hard to trust someone to do this if taking 5-7 day vacation. Earlier video Keenan you mentioned family is one of the areas where you use them?

I never close. My mats are 24 hours. I collect money once a week. Thats it. I can go up to 2 weeks without going to the store.

Hi Dan I was watching your video You said you hated the Dexter washers the most what problems are you having with them that make some so awful

They're just old. Dexter is generally a great brand. The previous owner of my mat bought these machines used and they were never properly maintained, so my 6 dexter washers just have a lot of problems. I wouldnt hesitate to get new dexter equipment. My stuff is just old and needs replaced.

Yes usually Dexter Are very Very low maintenance machine. I have been running them in my stores For a long time. I am not a big youtuber I am not a big youtuber Or Internet for that matter but if you ever have a question about a Dexter washer or looking for a good place to get a part Just let me know.

I don't know why Keenan always thinks I'm a big top loader fan. I am more of a fan of hard-mount washer extractors (unless I have less than 12lbs in which I would use a top loader in that matter)
