Whenever you are ready there are 3 ways I can help you…
 1. Get the FREE program that gives you a 2-5” wider butterfly flare in 14 days or less - bit.ly/butterflyYT-D
 2. Subscribe to Goalie Training Pro TV on KZbin - bit.ly/GTP-TV If you have a specific area of your game that needs work - you will find a solution here.
 3. See if you qualify to work with me in my online group coaching program here - bit.ly/GWGF_6 Step-by-step workout plans that transform your mobility, strength, speed and stamina on the ICE - this is how goalies go from untapped potential to confident and consistent.

More core goalie specific and to help with back fatigue would be great

Hey Maria, awesome video as usual. To anyone who doesn't believe you I can be a perfect example after several back issues, one surgery and could do for another. My back was always strong, I played a ton of hockey at a higher level, worked out a ton (lots of crunches or variations of such), then all of a sudden....back issues galore. To the point that I cannot play anymore. That being said, as you may or may not remember my daughter now plays a ton of goal and I have been lucky enough to help coach and train her along the way. Looks like you are doing well, thanks as always, take care.

Hi Todd - glad to hear your daughter is still between the pipes... and that you are able to help her along the journey. That is so awesome! Thanks for sharing your experience, that's the problem with those injuries, goalies will argue "my back doesn't hurt and I do crunches all the time" - - but like you pointed out - it isn't a problem until your tissues are seriously damaged. Hope you are feeling pretty well though and hope you are all staying safe. Great to hear from you.

Thanks for the video. My core is my weakest link. I hate crunches too! I’d like to see more core training techniques.

Hi Petr - - hope you guys are getting back on the ice soon in the CR - what a beautiful place, can't wait to go back. Thanks for the idea to include some low back exercises - I will put that on my "To Do" list. Be well.

Great video as usual, Maria! I'm recovering from a near-fatal car accident and haven't played goal in over 3 years, but I'm definitely going to get back into action by using your videos. It'll be a long road but well worth it. I miss being in goal thwarting shooters chances. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Stay safe my friend. 🙏👍🏒 🥅 ⛔

Oh wow - - I am so sorry to hear that happened and so glad you are doing better and better. Go slow and steady, get help from your physio and I cannot wait to hear all about your journey back onto the ice (your journey back to frustrating shooters). I will definitely stay safe - you do the same my friend. 🙌

Thank you my friend. I appreciate your kind words. I will definitely keep you posted. With your help and my physio, I'll get back onto the ice before much longer. It was a thrill for me being a 50 year old guy thwarting high level players less than half my age. I will always watch your videos and take your advice, Maria. Cheers!

Hi Chris - most of my drills are designed with 14+ goalies in mind. But you know your child the best. I have a video coming in a few weeks for youth goalies 10-13, so keep an eye out for that one!

No - because KZbin gets mad when I post content from FB on here as well - it reads it as duplicate content. But it will go up at www.GoalieTrainingPro.com in the next day or so.
