Hey maria! love the videos, do you think it would be good for floorball goalies to do the exact same exercises you encourage hockey goalies to integrate into their lives?

A little hard to say Samu because I don't specialize in Floorball training. I have seen Floorball a few times and it seems to me a lot of your playing time is spent moving from your knees. I think some of these would definitely help, but a specific program for a floorball goalie would probably be better.

Hey Maria! In the off season after a serious workout what kind of streches do you recommend? Thanks in advance?
@goalietraining Жыл бұрын
It depends on what you did for your workout a little bit, but often the goalies I work with do their specific mobility module after their workout.

@@goalietraining Thank you very much for your answer. Is it good if I do a few minutes of static and a few minutes of active stretching after my workout?
@goalietraining Жыл бұрын
@@Charlie-iz8xp for sure - whatever makes you feel better. Typically we do some foam roll and a few static stretches.

Where can I get decent resistance bands for cheap?
@goalietraining Жыл бұрын
I would try Amazon, although in my experience the very cheap bands often lack durability, so be careful there.

Question how can you do these exercises at home if you don't have bench bar or access to a gym? I certainly want to do these exercises
@srStinnky Жыл бұрын
with the set of bungee cords that Maria recommends theres a way to fix them to a door.

Yes, you can get a door anchor, probably if you searched "resistance band door anchor" on Amazon, you would find one. Otherwise, you just need to modify the best you can.
