Huge suggestion: look for frozen or canned "Skyline chili" it's Cincinnati style chili you serve over spaghetti and put tons of shredded cheddar, fresh cut onions, black olives, whatever you want on it. It has a hint of cinnamon and no beans. Just a thin meat sauce. Huge deal in Ohio. I always have stopped at the restaurant skyline chili for some when traveling through Ohio. Whitecastle reminded me of it cause I'd get whitecastle in Florence Kentucky. (Water tower says "Florence Y'all".) Lol.

But I know many NYers who go nuts for some waffle House in the south, some white castle in the south or heading south (they start up in north east Ohio if you heading to hillbilly country in Kentucky from NY. Also you have Skyline chili on the way. Oh and Hardee's. And then you start seeing Bojangles (Bojangles potato bites with the dipping sauce) there are all kinds of chain restaurants you discover whilst traveling that you don't see everywhere but limited to certain states or geographic areas. White castle is just so tasty with those little onions in them holes in the burger patty. They even have Jalapeno flavored ones in the freezer section and they have some heat no lie. Panera Bread has a awesome AWESOME chipotle chicken black pepper focaccia sandwich that has so much flavor with that avocado and those little chopped red peppers from south Africa peppadews I believe. I'm obviously hungry right now. Thinking breakfast.

Ben reminds me of my grandfather so much. He was loud, opinionated, and absolutely loved fucking with people. If he didnt mess with you it meant he didnt like you. He was a buisness man through and through. He taught me a lot of the same lessons ben teaches. He came from nothing and built a good amount of wealth.
