I really need this video. I’m studying for the mcat while doing research and working as a scribe and I find myself extremely tired and unable to continue focusing as the day moves on. So I’ve been changing my study habits regularly and the thing that this exam taught me is that you learn how to efficiently manage your time and learn more in less time than actual content

I like that you are honest about how long do you study. I have classmates who are boastful enough to say they don't study at all , just eat and sleep and get like 450/500. On the other hand, I study somewhere 8-12 hours and feel stupid as why can't I be like them who don't review at all. Then I realized they are lying.

I get tired too and it is understanable thats why I take a 20 minute nap. it helps me be more productive rather than me not giving my 100 percent at the desk. also pls dont avoid lunch you need the energy to study.

You can do something that you have to do anyways at this particular time when you feel drowsy (e.g. wash your clothes, go to gym, buy groceries, and etc).

When I am studying I only focus on the target of My books and also I say that I read it the best... So I don't focus on the results my exams because It's negative thinking 😞.. because of this I perform the best by the grace of God ❤️ and I also pray five times a day with tahjud at morning...
