@@gloria-ip8klyou have to appear confident. People hate seeing others doing better. Smile, exude positivity and people will be magnetic towards you. You do not chase, you attract. Fake the confidence, pretend, act- whichever word helps you to get there, do it. Imagine you’re an actor - be the character. Stand up straight- it makes a huge difference. Wear clothes you feel good in. You have everything you need inside you- remember that

@@gloria-ip8kl hey so I haven’t had this exact experience, but I can relate with you on struggling to make new friends. I can offer you what I would personally do in your shoes. I would first make sure the mindset is positive. Most things come and go in life, including relationships/friendships, and that is perfectly okay :) not everyone is meant to stick around forever! It’s actually a beautiful thing bc when something leaves, it creates room for something else! I know what happened might make me sad (and sadness is okay) but I would also practice gratitude for what happened bc now I get to enter a new beautiful chapter of life! I would treat your old friends with nothing but kindness and respect, and at the same times start making new friends. I wouldn’t put so much pressure on yourself that you “HAVE to become friends” with a certain person. Just really vibe and enjoy the conversation. I like to tell myself “how can I feel free and happy in this moment” while talking to people. It usually helps me connect with people more. That’s how an acquaintance becomes a friend! With that mindset, friendship becomes very natural and not needing to be forced. And don’t be afraid to ask someone to hang out or do some activity! Don’t worry about them saying no, bc if they don’t value you enough to make time for you, then they’re not worth being friends with anyway :) Hope that helped!✌️

But what if my old friends are on bad terms w me because of something i did that they didnt like even tho it wasnt serious, were just on bad terms. I don't want to act buddy-buddy with them as if nothing had happened. But how do you face the awkwardness when you have to approach them/talk to them?
