can he even do much more? $100,000 and about 300 working days is still $330 a day. expensive cakes are something for special occasions and i think it's great that he got the weekends full (with more expensive cakes) so quickly. if he manages 100k net because he gets more complex orders, he has already reached the maximum. he markets himself and no employees, so hiring others could damage the image and sales.

A simple cake with a minimal design could be up to $300 especially if you don’t have a stablished enough business, when you do that price can be lowered for a simple cake. bigger + more design of a cake takes a lot of cake which is money and a lot of decorating that cost money and then to add in the hours of time you spent on the cake it does equal out to high prices. Cakes aren’t cheap or else make it yourself
