“Online Course” thank you for this video! I’m excited to hear back and hopefully get some help getting started.
Hey Sunny, I have to say that the way you presented this info really struck a chord in me. I have been in AA now for two years and have struggled with finding my tribe. I feel like I have my messaging right and I have a service that is a niche of niche that I know could help a lot of people. But how to find them on Facebook or other platforms and what to offer them has not been as clear to me as you made it today. Maybe I’m just in a better place today or something but I for some reason I feel inspired, so thank you!!!
@SunnyLenarduzzi3 ай бұрын
Thank you so much for sharing that! We're so grateful to have you in the Authority Accelerator, and it’s amazing to hear how today’s message resonated with you. Your dedication to refining your niche and messaging is clear, and we’re excited to see how you continue to grow. Finding your tribe can be tough, but you’ve got the right foundation-now it's just about showing up where they are and offering value. We love having you in the community and are here to support you every step of the way! Keep going-you’ve got this! 💪✨

Thank you for your kind words! I'm glad the journey and the four core principles resonated with you. Having a clear offer is indeed one of the most crucial aspects of building a successful online course. It allows you to serve your audience effectively by delivering a specific transformation that meets their needs. When you focus on clarity, both in your offer and who you're serving, it ensures that your course can truly make an impact. Keep up the great work!

Hi Sunny! I invested in your course “KZbin for Bosses” a few years ago but I wasn’t ready to start then due to inner and outer challenges but I’m ready now! I’m also ready to start earning immediately so what you’re teaching now is GOLD. My question is if you’re a brand new coach, should you first do an extended period of 1:1 coaching before group coaching to learn the ropes or can you start groups right away?
@SunnyLenarduzzi29 күн бұрын
Starting with 1:1 coaching can be valuable for new coaches, as it allows you to gain hands-on experience, refine your methods, and deeply understand your clients’ needs. This insight can help you create a structured and impactful group coaching program later. That said, if you feel confident in your expertise and have a clear framework for guiding a group, there’s no rule against starting with group coaching right away. The key is ensuring you can provide value and manage the dynamics of coaching multiple clients simultaneously.

I often wonder what people who came from nothing, do with all the wealth that comes their way. I hope you’re donating and contributing to society in some way. I only say this because I know if I had even a fraction of the millions, I would donate so much of it to various charities that are important to me ❤️
@SunnyLenarduzzi3 ай бұрын
It’s wonderful that you're thinking about giving back! Many people who achieve significant financial success do choose to give back to causes that are important to them. Donating to charity, supporting community projects, or starting their own initiatives are all ways people contribute to making a positive impact. It’s all about aligning your values with where you can make the most difference. The same can be true for you as you grow your own success-it gives you more opportunities to support the causes close to your heart. Keep that generosity in mind as you continue on your journey! ❤️

Hi there, Sunny! Thank you so much for this detailed breakdown. I had a question- let’s say you follow through on the one course and it’s successful and it begins automating and running on its own. Could you theoretically replicate the process with other courses, with customer journeys that all lead into each other? Ex, catering to every stage of the pain cycle? If they solve one problem, but then one more comes up in the same niche. My only concern would be that you’d have to create content on more than one course and from your teaching, it could disrupt the accuracy of the lead generation. What do you think? If you feel the secondary content needs to be taught, would it be better to just make a second business entirely? Happy Thanksgiving!

Can you please do a video on how you would do this since having a baby? I used to do this approach and it does work but I feel like I don’t have enough pockets of focused time to do these consultation calls anymore after having a child. Maybe it would be about the approach you would take to building a team fast (as I imagine you have people doing all these coaching and consultation calls for you while you spend time with your kid) so you can get out of delivering every aspect of the business and focus on what actually matters in your life. Not sure if that’s “on niche” for you but just a dilemma I have over here!

Does an online course really generate more than $5 million a year?
@SunnyLenarduzzi3 ай бұрын
Yes, it's possible for an online course to generate more than $5 million a year, especially when built and marketed strategically. Successful course creators leverage a combination of factors such as targeting a specific niche, creating a high-value transformation for their audience, pricing based on the value of outcomes, and scaling their marketing efforts globally. Courses that offer clear, transformational results tend to attract premium pricing and large audiences, allowing creators to scale to millions in revenue.

How long ago was this done? As the entire internet and youtube has shifted an people are barely buying coaching courses unless its to learn to be a coach! And then they have to be bombarded with emails to try to persuade them. All without telling anyone that the complete atmosphere has shifted and that what was done years ago doesn’t work the same now. If it did, people wouldn’t be selling how to be a coach courses they would still be making mega millions as they say selling coaching to the public. Why would someone stop doing what makes them so much money to sell courses to a much smaller audience if it’s still work there is an smaller amount of people trying to become a coach then there are people who need to be coached. So why would someone stop making their millions if it’s still work, this was a huge trend and Real Estate many years ago where people would sell courses on how to do real estate stuff that had stopped working years ago

Our clients are taking the expertise they have spent years honing and leveraging it in a way that they haven't been able to with their traditional business models, which allows them to impact far more people than they could in a time and location limited business. Feel free to check out our most recent case study as a great example of this - this client is a restauranteur and has created a program to help restaurant owners around the world streamline their operations and provide a better customer experience: kzbin.info-ETroeksvu0?si=B3bj3ka86NjIS5VC

If cutting back on doing every call in person means more students can benefit from the course, while the founder focuses on delivering even more value-packed content, how is that not a win? This teacher clearly has a purpose-and it’s a meaningful one.
