How I choose my servos for RC planes || F3A Basics

Good afternoon! These Dualsky servos seems to be a great option for my next plane. In the past i used MKS 9660+ servos for my planes (aileron, ailevator) and they really worked well and i was satisfied. Only thing was that there was always a little sound to hear if they should stay in zero position. But centering, speed, and torque was very good in my opinion and they were cheaper than Futaba servos. In my last EDF sportjet i tried Kingmax servos (wing type) which was even a little cheaper than the MKS and tested them before mounting ... everything seems to be very well. Speed, sound, torque and centering. After i built them in my plane and made the first flights i was not able to trim the plane exactly. I search some time for the reason and finally found out the the servos was centering very well if the movment is more than about 5-10°. But if i only uses very less servo movement (1-3° for tiny correction of the direction) than the servo doesn´t center completely back and so the plane goes one time in one direction and the other time to the other direction. Why do i write this? Have you tested, if these cheap Dualsky servos are centering well even during very less movement? Thank you for your answer PS.: Have you tested the DS9431 or DS8570 too? Normally i would use this for rudder because i think twice the torque (10kg) compared to the weight of the plane sould be enough and this servo would be 20g lighter.

buen video! que tal el centrado de los servos? He tenido buenas experiencias con servos mas baratos en cuanto a torque y rapidez, pero normalmente no centran bien o tienen algo de "juego". Cómo se comportan los Dualsky?

Dear Juan, (sorry if I used your first name uninvited). I watch all your videos and try to convey my desire to make my clubmembers to start practicing as well.. Clubmembers are responding very very slowly. Only 1 or 2 are at the level they could try a full Basic sequence... Seeing your videos flying the wonderful Vertigo it inspired my request: I know it is not your normal competition but could you please please make a video of you flying the IMAC BASIC KNOWN 2024 sequence with the Vertigo ??! I would love so much to show my club members... I know you probably do not have the time or the desire to fly that sequence but I just wanted to ask. Thank you so so much for your inspiring videos!! Always love to watch you fly!

Servo life. One pays for long-term life, precision and reliability. So this is the reason primarily why Futaba costs. Buying cheap servos however good they are may not last long. Wear and tear is often forgotten in absolutely everything we buy these days.
