People, this sooooo works. You realize that if you want bigger biceps, you have to pick up a dumbbell or barbell. If you want a better life, THIS must be done. No exceptions! No other philosophy has worked for me so quickly and I studied quite a few. Listen to her and change your life for your better.

I have no idea what the character is about, but I will take the comparison as quite a compliment 😃😃 I always appreciate the support with my now controversial shirt 😂😂 I did just start designing my own shirts bc I have wanted to wear more of what I feel so stay tuned for some new variations... but don't worry. @@JeanHendrix-zl5hv I give myself permission to have my hair however I want and wear what I want 😊 also I had a professor in grad school who always wore the same shirt and I asked him one day why. He said he never wanted what he was wearing to distract from what he was sharing. That really hit me deep and I admire that so much. Do you think your judgements of my outer appearance may be an unconscious distraction from the message of the video?
